1. Feature Requests: All requests for new features or updates to existing ones are considered. If the request aligns with our product roadmap and vision, and benefits the majority of our users, we may include it in our product updates and improvements. Clients on the same tier will benefit from these developments.
2. Priority Access: If a client needs a feature sooner than our roadmap allows, they can opt for ‘priority access’ for a fee. A quote will be provided per request. Clients with priority access will receive the feature in its beta phase and can provide feedback that may influence the final version before wider deployment.
3. Unique Custom Requirements: For requests deemed unique to a client and not suitable for inclusion in the main product, we may provide a quote for custom development. These developments are separate from the main product to avoid impacting other clients’ apps and require ongoing support. As a result, they often incur higher costs and take longer to deliver.

Yes. Heresafe will enable you to ban any contractor or individual worker from any site(s). With a clear dashboard, you can have instant visibility of your database of contractors and everything you need to know about them.

Yes. Email alerts included, making sure contractors are responsible for maintaining their compliance record.

Yes. Heresafe enables you to easily distribute pre-qualifying induction materials and questionnaires so they can be remotely viewed and completed off-site prior to the site visit to save time at reception and access points.
